To
customers, employees, and friends,
COVID-19 has dealt a crippling blow, and it is affecting everyone. We are sensitive to the magnitude of the ever changing environment we are in.
As a dealership, the very best thing we can do at Lebanon Ford is ensure all your transportation needs are met, and that we do so in the safest way possible.
As automotive service is essential, our service departments will be here to help with all your vehicle needs. We are taking all necessary precautions, as recommended by the CDC, to your vehicle clean and safe. Pick up and delivery options, as well as curbside service, will be available. We ask that you stay patient with us as we adapt to this environment.
Our internet team is available for all of your purchase and leasing needs with curb side and off site delivery as well. Our sanitation efforts are endless, and we are accommodating to your requests as they pertain to unique situations. We understand that knowing you have reliable transportation during these difficult times can be paramount, and we are here to help.
One thing continues to ring true - we will get through this. Our efforts are centered around the health of our employees, our customers, and each of their respective families.
Stay safe,
Nate Loschiavo

The safety of our customers, employees, families and visitors remain Lebanon Ford's overriding priority. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve and spreads globally, Lebanon Ford is monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update company guidance based on direction consistent with current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization.Â
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and
reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce, our our
customers, and the greater New England area, we have already implemented
the following precautions, and will be evaluating them on a daily
basis:
- Working Remotely: All employees that are not essential to everyday business in relation to the selling and servicing of vehicles will work from home. We have provided employees information on working remotely, including the best manner to use tech tools to be effective in their daily jobs.
- COVID-19 Leadership Group: Established a Lebanon Ford task force representing each store in the organization that meets daily to review the situation and make needed adjustments. Elevated Sanitation: Each store has gone to a "No Handshake Policy" and has increased awareness of sanitary measures that are necessary to keeping COVID-19 at bay.Â
- Flexible Experience Model: Within the company we are doing everything in our power to be accommodating to both our customers and employees when it comes to the selling and service of vehicles. In a time when it's increasingly important to limit unnecessary exposure, we are taking lengths to offer convenient solutions to each vehicle buying and servicing situation. We have the ability to conduct large portions of the buying process online and over the phone, as well as a local shuttle and delivery service for our customers maintenance needs (both staff and capacity dependent).Â
As a result of the
decisions we are making relative to COVID-19, we recognize that there
may be temporary modifications in the way in which we interact both
internally and with our customers. However, we want to assure everyone
in the community that we are committed to the well-being of our employees
and customers alike. We will continue to conduct business and provide
effective service and sales experiences during this time. Our goal is to
minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our community, while we keep the
safety of our collective employees and customers at the center of what
we
do.Â
If
you have any questions about any of the precautions we are taking,
please reach out to any member of our team and we will be happy to help.
We appreciate your understanding as we navigate this unprecedented
situation.
